Return & Exchange

  • Casa Angel allows customers to return or exchange a product which is damaged or faulty.
  • We do our best to ensure that all customers receive products of top quality. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or different from the description provided on the website, please email: info@casaangel.com.au immediately to apply for exchange or return. We may request you email us photographs of the damaged item.
  • Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 14 days.
  • Please do NOT send damaged items back to us without contact us first.
  • We will require the product to be returned to Casa Angel Return Dept to be examined, and if the product is correctly identified as faulty, the customer will be reimbursed any postage fees that may have applied to return the product. A receipt for the postage cost must be enclosed, and no refunds will be issued for postage without a receipt.
  • Customers are only allowed to request an exchange for product that are still currently available for sale online.
  • Australian customers are required to enclose a prepaid postage bag if wishing to have products sent back for an exchange. Casa Angel strongly recommend you send all products using Express Post or Registered Post with tracking number. Casa Angel will not be responsible for any parcel sent by customer that is lost in transit, which does not have a tracking number.
  • Ensure to provide your name, address and order number with the returned item.

  • Once your item arrives and has passed inspection we will issue you a voucher code for the full value of the item. The voucher will be valid for 12 months and can be used to purchase any item in our store.

  • At Casa Angel we can guarantee that you will find your shopping experience with us a satisfactory one. If you are not entirely happy with the any of the products that you have purchased from us, you may return them to us. We will issue you with store credit for the full value of the items you return.
